Personal information is all forms of information that can be attributed to you to one extent or another. When you use our website, we collect and process a range of such information. This happens e.g. through ordinary interactions on the website, such as when you sign up for our newsletter, register as a new user or through other use of services or purchases via our website. We collect and process the following types of information: A unique ID and technical information about your computer, tablet or mobile phone, geographical location, as well as which pages you click on and other anonymised usage behavior such as time spent on the page etc. To the extent that you give explicit consent yourself and enter the information yourself, we also process: Name, telephone number, e-mail, address and payment information. This typically happens when you create a login or when making a purchase on the site, but can also happen when signing up for a newsletter. Your contact information will only be used to process your order and to contact you regarding your order, unless you explicitly consent to the use of other services, e.g. when signing up for the newsletter.. We do not pass on or sell your contact information. We only store your contact information in our database. Contact information will be stored for up to 5 years. Security 

We process your personal data securely and confidentially in accordance with applicable legislation, including the Personal Data Regulation and the Data Protection Act. Your information will only be used for the purpose for which it was collected and will be deleted when this purpose has been fulfilled or is no longer relevant. We have taken technical and organizational measures against your information being accidentally or illegally deleted, published, lost, degraded or coming to the knowledge of unauthorized persons, misused or otherwise processed in violation of the law.   

Purpose 

The information is used to identify you as a user and show you the ads that will be most relevant to you, to register your purchases and payments, as well as to be able to provide you with the services you have requested, such as receiving newsletters. In addition, we use the information to optimize and improve our services and content. 

Period of storage 

We store information for the period of time permitted by law (the EU's Personal Data Regulation, referred to as GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive 2009/136/EC, referred to as ePR), and we delete it when it is no longer necessary or relevant. The period depends on the nature of the information and the reason for storage. It is therefore not possible to give a general time frame for when information is deleted.

You have the right to data portability, which means that you have the right to be informed about which personal data we process about you in a regular format. This means that you can contact us at any time to obtain the personal data we process about you so that they e.g. can be used by another practitioner. You can also object to the information being used at any time. You can also revoke your consent for information about you to be processed.
