What are terms and conditions?
The terms & conditions are the conditions that define the terms between you as a customer and us as a webshop in connection with a purchase.

Submission of order
An order placed on VitaYummy's webshop is binding for both parties once the customer has received an order confirmation. Nordic Nutriment ApS has the right to contact you if you have entered an incorrect or invalid address when placing your order. If the package has been sent to the wrong address due to incorrect entry, this is the customer's own responsibility and Nordic Nutriment ApS does not refund or replace packages that have been sent to the wrong address due to an error in entry when placing the order. If you have entered an invalid or incorrect e-mail address and therefore not received your order confirmation, it is the customer's own responsibility to send an e-mail to email@example.com to have the error corrected and therefore receive correct information about the order placed.
Here you can choose between several payment methods. We accept payment via PayPal and with the cards Visa & MasterCard. We settle in DKK incl. VAT. Payment is made via our external hosting partner who processes all incoming transactions. Your payment information will therefore only be stored with the external partner and only during the execution of the transaction. Your information is stored on an external server that is both PCI DSS Certified (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) and encrypted via SSL (Secure Socket Layer), which is widely used as one of the highest standards within encryption technology. This ensures that your data is stored securely and cannot be read by other third parties. Your payment information is stored and processed exclusively by our external parties and the processing of this payment information is therefore a matter between you and our hosting partner as data processor. The amount is only deducted when the item is dispatched from our warehouse. The prices are stated in Danish kroner. You choose the shipping method at the end of the ordering process. All prices are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery costs. We do not charge card fees. According to the recently introduced EU directive called PS2D, you may be asked to identify yourself more often than before during the payment process. In this connection, payment errors may occur in connection with signature purchases as a result of the new rules for payment by card, as signature purchases are no longer approved as identification. It is always the customer's own card issuer that determines when a card payment fails, and we therefore encourage you to contact your own card issuer if you have questions about errors during payment and signature purchases.
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The money is reserved on your card or account until we either withdraw the amount according to that we send the order or until the money is released according to agreement with your card issuer. A reservation on Visa Electron, Mastercard and Visa cards is usually removed after 1-2 days, but sometimes it takes up to 7 days. Some banks even take 30 days to remove a reservation. You can read more about the rules for your specific card from your card issuer or bank. It is also your bank that you must contact if a reservation has not been released, as unfortunately we do not have the option to cancel reservations on your account. If your bank asks for documentation on the cancellation, you are very welcome to contact us. **Delivery** The vast majority of orders leave our warehouse the same day if you order before 16. Shipping costs DKK 49 per delivery, however we deliver free of charge for purchases of DKK 330 and above.

Please note that during sale periods, November-December, and warehouse sales, extended delivery times may occur.
Right of cancellation
When you shop at VitaYummy's webshop, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, valid from the day you received the item. The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, or use the standard withdrawal form, which you will find at the bottom of the trading conditions. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item. You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time. Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us. You must bear the costs of returning the item yourself, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport. Certain items cannot be returned by normal post. This applies, for example, to very large shipments. The costs for returning these goods are expected to cost a maximum of: DKK 500 When we have received the item, we will of course transfer the full amount back to you. The amount will be transferred to the account/card that was used in connection with the purchase. We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we has received your message that you want to cancel the agreement. We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise. We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it. **No right of cancellation** These agreements cannot be cancelled: Delivery of goods which can be assumed to deteriorate or become obsolete quickly, Delivery of sealed goods which for reasons of health protection or hygiene are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery The item is returned to: VitaYummy C/O Junge Spedition Hammerholmen 44 2650 Hvidovre Mrk. We only receive packages that are sent directly to the address.
Item condition upon return
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. If the item has been used in addition to what is described above, it is considered used. Which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt of the return. In certain cases, this may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back. **Right of complaint** If you buy an item and there is an error or deficiency in it – the rules of the Purchase Act apply. You can complain about errors and defects in the product within 24 months from the time of delivery. Please note, however, that some of our products have a shelf life of less than 24 months and that normal wear and tear or deterioration is not a claimable defect if the product has had the shelf life that can reasonably be expected. Furthermore, please include your original order number and contact details. If the complaint is justified, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs. Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging, and to get a receipt for dispatch. Save the postal receipt including information on shipping costs and any track and trace number. You must advertise within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the product. However, you must stop using the product if a complaint is found, so that we have the opportunity to assess the complaint correctly. You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you make a complaint within two months after the fault is discovered, the complaint will always be timely. If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can reimburse you for shipping costs. Information on appeal possibilities A complaint about a product or service purchased from us can be submitted to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's Center for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg. You can complain to the Center for Complaint Resolution via www.forbrug.dk. The EU Commission's online complaints portal can also be used when submitting a complaint. It is particularly relevant for consumers residing in another EU country. Complaints can be submitted here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr. When submitting a complaint, please provide our email address email@example.com. However, we always recommend that you contact us to find a solution to a problem that has arisen.
